Dear woman

Dear woman

Dear woman
What will I be
Without thee

As mother you gave me birth
Nurturing me with love and care
As sister my hand you held
Helping me rise when ever I felled
As friend you made me smile
Giving me hope all the while
As wife with me you walk
As equals you encourage me to talk
Holding hands
Smiling thru life’s up and downs
Relishing the laughter with the frowns
With completeness you bless me as daughter
Granting satisfaction
As good as
The thirst quenched by water

As solid as a rock
As fluid as the water
As relevant as the breath
As real as the death
By me has always stood
The unicorn
